End-User Computer Support (by Phone)
 

    Fee based phone support will be provided only after I provide some initial email support, per the instructions and terms of use on the Support by E-mail page. (I do not believe in having customers paying by the minute, while I determine what system and problem needs support, or I look-up some needed specifics at a manufacture's website.) To that end, I will ask for the email address where my last (or only) message regarding this problem was sent. And phone support needs to be obtained within about 10 days of my sending that "last message"-- before it gets auto-deleted by my email program.

    The terms of use for any phone support are the same as the terms of use for the above mentioned email support. And, only the services of my "Virtual Call Center", as provide by KEEN, will be used to provide phone support. The KEEN service providing the "on demand" phone connection from a client to myself, then handling the billing and payment for the support that I provide.

    At the present, the KEEN site is providing a $5.00 credit with any new user sign-up. A credit which can be use for only one call, of not less that 3 minutes, or as long as $5.00 will go at the minute rate charged by the selected "KeenSpeaker". So if you would like to speak with someone immediately, the below link can also be used to select one of the many others at KEEN, providing this type of information.
